Gamma Services International (GSI) is a division of Custom Engineering Incorporated (CE). CE has manufactured and refurbished Continuous Miners, Longwall systems, and associated mining equipment to OEM specifications since 1977.  CE/GSI has been in a joint venture with Geosteering Mining Services, LLC for the past six years.

Geosteering Mining Services, LLC (GMS)\Frederick Energy Products (FEP) was formed to transfer technology from oil and gas drilling to solid mineral mining

FEP/GMS has developed and patented the most rugged gamma detector systems available and has manufactured and refurbished a few thousand detectors for the oil and gas drilling industry for use in the most modern drilling technology.

The GSI/GMS team utilizes its diverse capabilities, skills, and experience to provide a turn-key Rock Avoidance System based on Geosteering technology.
